Prompt payment fee is:

Term Programme:

$20 for 2 to 3 hours.

$200 for 10 week term.

We have found that two hour sessions are often not long enough for some parents to manage drop off and pick up within the two hour time frame so we decided to make it easier to manage by charging $20 for a session that can be from 2 to 3 hours in length. We know that for many parents a session closer to two hours is all that is needed for their children’s after school programme however we feel that the new pricing system will be more fair all round as all of our expenses have increased considerably but our fees have not. We hope that this small increase is balanced by our enabling the length of the sessions to be longer.

TERM FEE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE

After 4 weeks, if term fees remain unpaid a late payment fee of $10 will be incurred for each further outstanding week unless prior arrangement negotiated

HOLIDAY PROGRAMME

3 hrs sessions: $22.50

4 hrs sessions: $30

6 hr sessions:   $45

7 hr sessions:   $50

8 hr Sessions:  $55
